Each Saturday in August we're hosting themed workouts: Saturday 8/8 at 7am- SFL Day! Wear your favorite SFL gear. Saturday 8/15 at 7am- Twin Day! Dress like your guest & bring that guest for free! Saturday 8/22 at 9am- Crazy Socks & Gospel Rocks! Wear your crazy socks and bring your highest praise with Crystal B. Saturday 8/29 at 7am- The Pink Party! Wear all pink. Current and returning SFL Clients can book through our SFL app or by booking a power hour session.
