This service is ideal for clients who prefer one- on- one training and are not comfortable working in a small group setting. Clients will be scheduled for personal training from 40-70 minutes 3 days a week with a 90-day commitment and receive She Fit Lifestyle's meal plan. During your consultation, we will discuss meal plans, fitness goals, and other details. During your 90-day commitment, payments are recurring on a monthly basis and nonrefundable. New clients are accepted every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Your first month's payment will be processed during your consultation. Call us or book a consult online now.
