During our sessions, we encourage, uplift, support, and motivate one another to achieve our fitness goals. While the journey to health can be hard and discouraging, you'll never have to do it alone. At SheFit Lifestyle Fitness Studio, we work as a team. Once you enter the doors, you'll immediately feel like a part of the family.
WE OFFER NEW MONTHLY MEMBER CONSULTATIONS ON THE FIRST AND THIRD FRIDAY OF THE MONTH. A 90-DAY COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED. DROP-IN SESSIONS AND GROUP CLASSES DO NOT REQUIRE A CONSULT. NO COMMITMENT REQUIRED.
